1) Select all the cells you need this done to. 2) Press Ctrl+H to bring up the find and replace box 3) In the "Find What" box just enter a space 4) In the "Replace With" box hold down the Alt key (the one to the left of the space bar) and type 0010 on the numeric keypad (not the numbers along the top of your keyboard) 5) Nothing will show in the replace with box, but the magic will happen as soon as you hit the "Replace All" button. Let me know if that works or not for you. :) |
