Default Old Help View

How would this add functionality to a version that dropped what OP needs a
couple of versions past?

Excel 2002 and newer do not have an "Index" in their help files.

The best way to restore Excel is a software that I found on the web. I used

A colleague and I were trying to use the Excel 2003 help menu expecting to use the "index" option. Instead we get this Assistance menu with a "search for" textbox.

Is there a way to restore and use the old version?
