Default Border misaligned

OK, further I notice that on the pages where the border is correctly placed
with the rows, the rows line up with the border 'underline' but not with the
gridlines - on the pages where the rows do NOT line up with the border
'underline' the border is exactly matched with the gridlines. Does this help
wth a diagnosis?

I asked earlier about an underline BUT it is a bottom border I am using. I
made a Balance sheet, underlined certain columns, and at the top of the page
the border line fits at the bottom of the cell; by the bottom of the page the
bottom border is printing in the middle of the row of numbers like a
strikeout. The rows of letters stay equal, just the rows of borders are a
different size box? I've tried changing the font size, deleting the border
and reinserting. Some worksheets in the folder are good, some have this
quirk. How do I fix this? No one else in the office has this problem on any
printer here.
