Default calculating overtime

Startime: 6:00 Endtime: 22:00

up to 8 hours Reg hours = 8
8.1 to 12 hrs 1.5x ot = 4
12.1 to 14 2x ot = 2
14.1 and up 2.5x ot = 4

if they work 6 days straight up to 8 hrs is Reg anything over 8 is 2x ot. If
they work on the 7th day it is 2.5x ot.
