Default MS Outlook 2003 with contact manager

This morning I tried to open outlook 2003 and received an error msg. I
inserted my original pgm disks for MS Small Business edition 2003 and still
received an error msg. I downloaded and installed sp 2 and still received an
error msg. The msg follows: Error 1311 source file not found
D:\ZF561407.CAB Verify the file exists and you have access to it. I have
been using this software for over 2 years and have not had this happen.
Please help.

Additional information is that my cpu is a Dell and the original sofware was
installed by Dell. I have had a problem previously where my cpu indicated
that I had ms 2000 vs. XP installed. I bought the cpu with MS XP and MS
Office 2003 pre installed. I do have original disks for MS Office Small
Business 2003
.. I just opened them today!

I see that another user had a problem similar to mine. He resolved by using
Windows Install Clean-up to remove all traces of original install by Dell.
Then he installed Outlook or MS office with original disks. However, does
this get rid of all of my email and outlook setup?
