Default How to use TRIM function

Hello,

Can someone write the steps neccessary to trim trailing space from records
in a worksheet. What I need to do is import an excel database into Access,
but the fields in the excel worksheet have trailing space at the end. Is
there a way to TRIM the worksheet of trailing space prior to importing it
into Access?

Hi Sky,

FWIW the access solution in an Access newsgroup group was
sorry for the beta.google format -- I hope this is short-lived on
Google's part.

I usually go with trying to fix data at the source (GIGO, garbage in garbage out)
if I have control of both.
