Default How do I copy only sub-totalled values - without any detail?

I am trying to copy only the sub-totalled values (Paste-Values) and eliminate
the detail. How do I just copy the sub-totals?

Hi
- select your range
- hit F5, click 'Special' and choose 'only visible cells'
- now copy+paste
