Default HOW DO I GIVE A CONTROL TOOLBOX CHECKBOX A VALUE IN EXCEL?

I have made dozens of worksheets with checkboxes, but did not use the form
checkbox, but used the control toolbox checkbox. Now I need to give those
values, so if checked, then .5 pnts. (some have different values when
checked, but all have 0 value if not checked.) When you use the forms
checkbox, you right click to link with cell, then put in formula. But with
control toolbox, that does not work. Can anyone help? I need to complete
this today.
