Default How to view a custom view when the worksheet is protected?

I have a worksheet and built custom views. The views work fine when the
worksheet is not protected. When protected and select a custom view, I get
this error message: "Some view settings could not be applied."

My protection settings allow the user to do all options, except: insert
hyperlinks, delete columns, edit objects and scenarios and use autofilter.

In the cell format (protection tab), I have also tried using the hidden
option.
