Default How do I colour the result of a function in excel?

I would like to be able to highlight cells of results of functions that
achieve/do not achieve a specific value in a particular colour

FormatConditional formatting

set the value to your test value, and set either equal, less than etc, then
format as required.

Look at conditional formatting on the format drop down.

This will enable you to set a format based either on an absolute value
(e.g. if value in cell is greater than 100 then put the text in red) or
on a formula (e.g. if the value in the cell is more than 20% higher than
in A1 put it in red).
