Is there a way to copy data in Excel only if a condition is met, like if I
selected a series of rows containing data and only wanted to copy certain rows out of the selection that met a certain condition in one of their cells, can Excel do that? I have a workbook of customer contract data (on one master sheet) that contains several worksheets of different customer names. I want to be able to select the entire master sheet and tell Excel to only copy data to "Bob Jones" sheet if the name in column A on the master sheet equals "Bob Jones". I'd use links or filters but there are about 30,000 row items and I was wondering if there was a smoother way of doing it. FYI: I'm not a programmer. Thanks! |
