Why is it that some stock symbols, i.e. IBM is recognized and the smart tag
shows so stock quotes can be obtained and other sysmbols; i.e. GE is not
recoginzed and there is no smart tag available? Yet when the Look Up function
is used, GE can be found through MSN Money Stock Quotes?

I have not been able to figure why or to customize smart tags. Any help or
information or insight will be appreciated.
