Trying to use control toolbox button on an excel 2003 spreadsheet. The
control handles are the only thing that appears.

You change the settings for the button by first clicking on the Design Mode
button on the Control Toolbox toolbar. Then click on the button. Then click
the Properties button on the toolbar to see the window where you can change
the button's properties.
