Change Path names in copied work book
We have a series of linked work sheets that in the formulas use information from other work sheets. These other work sheets appear in the path name. We save this file each year and create a new work book. When we copy the work book and rename to year 2 the references still point to year one. We have some very large worksheets and cannot open all at one time. Any thoughts on how to change the path name in the formulas without doing it line by line. Search and Replace Search for old path or filename in formulas and replace with new path or filename for entire worksheet. Go to Edit menu, Links. You can change the external links to whatever new folder you would like.
