Enter this formula in column B.
=SUM(IF(A1=$C$1:$C$4000,1)) enter this formula and than press Ctrl+Shift+Enter together. In column A should be 400 name list. In column C - 4000 name list. Copy down this formula for all 400 names in column A. |
