Default breakdown a DB4 export into an excel worksheet

I am trying to create a report of weekly demand, from a DB4 export, the
problem is sorting into the columns when my data is all mixed up, I have
tried nesting if( functions with limited success, the export is very large
with alot of different products. Any ideas?
