Default Ctrl+Shift+arrow

I use the Excel keyboard shortcut constantly. Yesterday, the
Ctrl+Shift+arrow up/down stopped working. It does not select the data to the
bottom/top of the column. Is there a setting I need to change to return this
funtion?

Only things I can think of

1. Go to toolsoptionstransition to see if transition navigation keys are
checked, if so uncheck it

2. If you have installed a software recently that might use that as a
shortcut key command
