Default How to validate a cell to insert from 9 digit number to 13 digit number.

hi everybody,

There is a need to validate a cell to insert only from 9 digit number to 13
digit number.

For Example: 000000001 to 9999999999999. ( I want to ristrict the
user to enter even 8 digit number i.e. 99999999)

Select the cells, go to Data/validation, seleect text length and add minimum
9 and maximum 13
