Common Dialog control
 

With Excel 2000 MS CDC 6.0 is available as an extra control from the
'Control' toolbar and can be added to a worksheet. I cannot find this control
using Excel 2003. It isn't listed in the extra controls of the version I've
been asked to program and there are far less extra controls, (~170), than in
the 2000 version I usually use, (~250).
