Hello all.

I have an Excel file to which I can add comments. However, these
comments, once added and Excel, cannot be modified. I can append
information, but cannot modify the text that was entered before closing
the file.
This means that to be able to modify a comment, I have to delete the
comment and add a new comment with the whole information once again,
not a good idea.

I would appreciate any help on this matter.

You should be able to Right-click on a cell that has a comment box, then
choose EditComment from the drop down and this should place a cursor in the
comment box and editing should be possible..............are you saying that
in the file you are working on that this does not work?..........if so, does
this procedure work on another file?.........does it work if you take the
file to another computer?.........trying to isolate the problem as to whether
it's in the file or the computer......
