Default How do I count how many times an Excel workbook has been accessed

I need to find out how many times an excel workbook is accessed to determine
if workbook is being used by the audience it was desgned for. Is there a way
to count how many times a workbook is opened. Also how many times each tab
has been printed.

Probably not without writing a script that occurs on events. Even then the
person would have to allow scripts and macros for it to be used and there is
no way to force users to do that, that I know of.
