Default Help.....problem with excel


I had a lot of numbered data in excel using the form option.
I accidently cut it and it wouldnt let me undo so i pasted it to a word
document...how do i get it back to excel, when i try to cut and paste it
back it says its too long and cant be done.

Default Help.....problem with excel


Have you tried saving the Word document as a .txt file and then opening
this in Excel?
