format toolbar is displayed in Excel, but is inactive (gray).
An Excel worksheet was sent to me. When I opened it, I noticed that the
formatting tools were inactive and appeared gray in color. How did this occur and how can I activate these tools? |

Is it protected (toolsprotection)?
