Default Settings Template for Excel?

Hi, is there a way to back up the tool bar buttons (and other preferences) in
excel to be forwarded to another computer. don't have the means to
experiment.
May something like a template file (such as normal.dot for ms word). thanks

There's a file named *.xlb (name and location vary with versions of windows and
versions of excel).

If you're doing this because you're migrating to a new pc (still the same
version of excel), then no problem.

But if you want to share your toolbar with others, be aware that there is only
one toolbar file--if they use yours, then their modifications are dumped.

I'd be very careful and check with others first to see if it's ok.
