I created three columns and converted them into lists. Each column is the
name of the company, while each row underneath the column includes the names of the employees. I created a seperate list for each column and was able to sort each one. After I inserted a column in between two companies and mad it its own list, none of the employees names will sort ascending or descending in any of the lsits. Now what? Any help would be appreciated. By the way, when I inserted the new column, I had to convert the column to its left into "normal range" because after inserting the new column, it somehow merged with the one to its left. I hope someone can help me. I was doing fine until I added a new column by using "Add or delete rows or columns to and Excel List" on an Microsoft Office Assistance page. I have Excel 2003. |
