I created a worksheet that contained cells with drop-downs created via
data/validation using a named list. The list resides on another sheet in the same workbook. The users did something to make the drop downs disappear and now I cannot reestablish them. I have done this numerous times and cannot figure out why I cannot do it now. I checked to assure I have the required Add-ins, so that's not the problem. Can there be a setting somewhere that is preventing it? Help! |

You could try:
<Tools <Options <View tab, And make sure that under "Objects", "Hide All" is *UNCHECKED*. -- HTH, RD ================================================== === Please keep all correspondence within the Group, so all may benefit! ================================================== === "Jan Buckley" wrote in message ... Thanks for the response, but I think the entire sheet has been corrupted. I
copied it to another sheet in the same workbook and then had no problems establishiing the validation lists. Thanks again.
