I want to copy the formatting I have for one cell down the rest of the
column. How do I do that? I dont want to have to set each one up individually. Thanks |

Hi Mary,
You can use the Format Painter (paintbrush toolbar icon) to change the formatting. Used for normal cell formatting, but it copies the Conditional Formatting, and number (/text) formatting as well.
