Default Help!


what i need to know its how many hours the person worked i mean like if
they came in 6 am the shift ends 2:30 pm and the next cell would have
the answer as 8 hrs takeing out the half hour for lunch or for my night
shift they come in at 14:00 and dont leave till 10:30 that woudl give me
again the 8 hrs or whaterver hours they work hope i explain better

If start time is in A1 and end time in B1 then to show the number of
hours worked minus 30 minutes

=MOD(B1-A1,1)-"00:30"

format as h:mm
