I am a contractor and I need a way to input jobs such as name, address, city,
etc.. and I need to be able to search for jobs by street, name, city, etc..... Is this possible??? And how do I do it if it is possible?? |

Just enter your jobs one to a row, straight across, using a separate column
for each word, such as LastName, FirstName, Address, Street, City, State, ZipCode, etc etc.........then use the Data Filter AutoFilter feature to select whatever item you wish to filter on.....you can cal up all the jobs done on Marshall Street for instance, or all the jobs for Tom Brown, etc etc.....really a powerful tool.....and then when done, just do Data Filter Autofilter again and it returns everything back to normal..... hth Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3 "Phil Marsh" <Phil wrote in message ...
