how to add a calendar in a drop-down list

Right click on any visible tool bar and click on CONTROL TOOLBOX to open the
controls toolbar. Clcik on the MORE CONTROLS button (it has a hammer and
wrench, workers of the world unite icon) and look to see if you have the
Microsoft Date and Time Picker. The list is alphabetized so scroll down to
the M's before you give up.

If this is loaded then it will produce a calendrical drop-down box.

Thank you for your help. But, what if the "Microsoft Date and Time" picker
is not part of the list.

I'm fairly certain that the Microsoft Date and Time picker is available in
Excel 2000 on up. If it's not in the list you can re-run your install of
Excel or Office and just install any missing features. This should do it.
