Default Command T-ONE

After loading Office XP Pro I have a menu item called T-ONE. Under it are
several options all pertaining to stock quotes. How does it get activated
and what is the source of its information?
Would appreciate any info, Thanks

A Google search for... "Thomson One" Excel ...may give you some guidance.
