Default Double instaces for dual monitor.

Does anyone know if it is possible to set-up Excel so when you have
multiple instances open you can link a cell in a worksheet from another
instance (other than typing the cell manually in the formula bar). I
know I could just have one instance in two monitors but I find it a
pain having to have one instance in two screens (I want the same set of
tool bars in each monitor, and sizing is a pain). I have a feeling there
is no way around it because of coding but I want have my cake and eat it
to.
