Default Can the sheet tabs be moved from the bottom to the side... ?

Can the sheet tabs be moved from the bottom to the side of my workbook ... or
can you change the format from horizontal to vertical lettering to allow more
tabs without scrolling across the bottom

I haven't seen that option.
You can right click onto the area with the arrows (bottom left ) to see the
list in vertical form

I have one workbook where I have 38 sheets which I must navigate to
individually on demand. I have HIDDEN all of them, and created a new sheet
called MainMenu whereon I placed 38 rectangles with the name of each sheet in
one. I then assigned GOTO macros to each rectangle and on each sheet I put a
"Return to MainMenu" button.
