Default EXCEL: display number in '000s ie £15000 show as £15

Trying to find function that will take number and round down and show as
multiple of 1000's. ie. £15000 will show as £15. MROUND does not seem to be
the right formula.

You can us a custom format to do that without affecting the real value

0,;-0;0
