When I input a numerical value to a cell, say 12, the cell will appear as
0.12. And indeed the "value" of this cell becomes 0.12 not 12. How to resolve this problem? I have checked the cell formatting. There is nothing wrong with it. Thanks. |

Go to your Tools / Options, click the Edit tab. Uncheck the "Fixed Decimal
Places". That should do it. "zhj23" wrote: When I input a numerical value to a cell, say 12, the cell will appear as 0.12. And indeed the "value" of this cell becomes 0.12 not 12. How to resolve this problem? I have checked the cell formatting. There is nothing wrong with it. Thanks. |
