Default Can I just convert to Word 2003 and Excel 2003?

I have the 60 day Office 2003 Trial on my new computer and I still have my
old office 2000 Disc.

1. Can I load and update my Office 2000?

2. Can I convert my 60 day trial to JUST WORD & EXCEL 2003?

I don't use the other programs with Office 2003. I don't want to lose
the files I have made with the 60 Day Trial.
Can you advise??? Thanks - Dennis
