font colour won't change in Excel 2003
After reinstalling Office 2003 in a new PC, Excel won't keep the font colour
chosen for a cell or a worksheet. The chosen colour remains whilst working in the cell, but changes back to black when you leave the cell! |

It's not format|conditional formatting taking over, is it?
And do you have any macros that are running that could be changing the format?
