Ignoring blanks
How do I instruct a formula to ignore blanks? If a cell is blank, then ignore, if not, execute the formula. Ignoring blanks
You cannot ignore it per se. You can get the formula to take a certain
action if it is blank, such as put "" in the cell, but it won't leave whatever was in the cell before you added the formula. -- HTH Bob Phillips (remove nothere from email address if mailing direct) "exsam21" wrote in message ...
