In Excel, how do I sort a range by text color?
I have a column of text data that has different colors for each row of text.
I need to be able to sort the data so that all the rows of the same color will be displayed together. I am using OfficeXP. |

In Excel, how do I sort a range by text color?
Howmany different colors do you have? You can always insert a cloumn and
number the colored rows (1=yellow, 2=red and so forth). Then sort the rows including the numbered column. "JimXL" wrote: I have a column of text data that has different colors for each row of text.
