Default Sort

Simple question. While entering data in
column form with the titles below:

Last Name First Name Address City etc.


I then request it to sort all the last names in descending order. How do I
prevent it from including the "Last" as an entree?

ie.

Gorden
Jones
Last
Miller
Simms

dont select that row when you select the data to sort

And make sure that the Sort dialog box is marked that it has a header row.

Make sure that you check
"Header Row" under
"My List Has",

And, it pays to use a different format for your headers,
like bold and/or increase the font size.

This helps XL recognize the existence of headers.
