problem starting excel 2003
Whenever I start Excel 2003, it tries reinstalling the program. Yet, I have
no problem opening up Excel from a saved document. Also, it is only Excel I am having trouble with, no other Office program. What can I do to solve this dilemma? Thanks. -Victor |
