Default I want the greater number of 2 cells to show in a separate cel

IF A1 IS GREATER THAN A2 THEN I NEED THE GREATER NUMBER TO BE PLACED IN A3
IF A2 IS GREATER THAN A1 THEN I NEED THE GREATER NUMBER TO BE PLACED IN A3
