Default Excel Tutorials/Books

I am looking to become an expert on Excel. I would like to gain a deep
understanding of the software and know all of the ins and outs - From the
basics to the most advanced materials, including Pivot tables, queries, etc.
Can anyone suggest computer programs, tutorials and books that would be
helpful?

Thank You
