I've created a pivot table that shows categories of expenditures in the row
and dates in the column. The data is the amount spent. I want to show only expenditures from 2004 (it's tax time!). Is there a simple way to do this (rather than unchecking all the boxes from 1992, 1993, 1994, 2005, etc) . Thanks |

Move the "year" field into the "Page" area in the Wizard. It'll default to ALL so you'll need to select the year.
