Default Creating multiple reports from a database

I need to create an individualized report for each person (record)
represented on a database. I will use simple pie graphs and data tables. My
question: should I use publisher and if so how does one link a chart or data
table in publisher to excel. Or should I use excel and make a worksheet per
person. That would link it all, but is there a faster way to make 200 reports
than pasting a worksheet template and manually linking the data? I have
looked for a template at office online already, there are none. Thanks for
your time
