Default track inventory

I sell sunglasses at a flea market. I would like to track my inventory, and
see which models are selling the best. I'm surprised that there are no
templates available that would let me do this.

I feel the same way.

I sell garden gnomes out of the trunk of a '57 Studebaker and could find no
appropriate Inventory Template for that.

Bummer.

Perhaps check out a few of these templates. Might find one you could adapt.
