Cell borders are displayed but not printing or on print preview
 

I have a quote which has borders around each cell i.e. a table. However,
these borders are displayed on screen but on print preview and when printing
some of the column and line borders disappear. It seems that when I adjust
the column width, I can get back the column borders but the row borders I am
unable to get any results. What makes this happen and as I need all to print.
