Default Searching for a "LESS THAN" figure within a spreadsheet

How can I use the FIND command (or any other) to find all numbers within a
single column that are less than, say 29, on a single sheet?

How about datafilterautofilterfilter on the desired column for your
desires

Use AutoFilter

Say A1 thru A40 contain:

qwerty
31
39
46
17
30
29
21
23
43
26
19
2
49
5
26
30
1
35
49
30
48
16
32
38
48
44
36
3
3
27
44
46
14
21
1
23
1
39
10

Click on A1 and:
Data Filter AutoFilter Custom Is less than 29

We now see:

qwerty
17
21
23
26
19
2
5
26
1
16
3
3
27
14
21
1
23
1
10
