Hiya,
Does anybody know how to lock a background design (grid, colours etc) so it's not moved when you cut and paste the contents of the cells, leaving plain white blank cells behind? Thanks in advance, Mike |

Can I assume this is something that can't actually be done in Excel then? :(

Not without using some code to store the formats then replace after the
cutting. I have no code off the top of my head to do that. Perhaps just copy and paste then come back and delete the contents.
