Default Template Wizard 2002

i m using template wizard 2002 in access 2007 to connect my excel sheet data
with my access database, before i have office 2003 and this wizard
configuring access 2003 file ext .mdb and i was able to connect my data with
excel 2003. but now i m using office 2007 and by using template wizard i am
able to link my access 2003 database file whose ext is .mdb but not able to
link with .accdb format, template wizard not showing this database ext in the
wizard it only able to link with the older database which was created in
access 2003. even i have converted my access 2007 database to access 2003
file ext, still it said that the file is not valid, why?
if any one who understands my question plz answer me
thanks in advance
